Left Picture:The left side adapter includes an attachment point for
the shift lever which moves with the footpeg to the
new lower position. A longer offset linkage rod attaches
the shifter to the transmission.
Right Picture: The adapters are mounted rigidly to the frame.
The pegs are spring loaded in the adapters
