The Custom-Fit Driving Light Kits are based on the compact 1100X lights. The rugged housing of the 1100X is made of cast aluminum, providing good heat transfer from the bulb, while the back half of the lamp is poly-carbonate for durability and resistance to contaminates and the elements for long life.
The sealed dichroic bulb has an integral reflector that produces a highly focused beam to penetrate far into the darkness. The conical beam shape allows the 1100X housing to be mounted in any orientation.
